Review content:
PRO: While he does have the steepest and most stringent cancellation policy I've seen, he is very open and up front about it. He also has an incredible confidence in himself, which I'm not sure is a pro since I believe it to be unfounded.
CON:. Had I read these reviews before hand I might have known what I was getting into. He does love to talk about himself for the majority of the time and can be quite long winded. He seems to answer questions with tangents that go off topic and can result in the patient leaving confused and unheard.
ADVICE TO THE COUNSELOR: Your ability to help people would greatly increase if you brushed up on your listening skills. I understand you have probably been doing this for a long time, but it's never too late to relearn some of the basics!
All in all, he's not the worst counselor out there. It's just that there are so many good counselors that I don't see a reason to put up with sub-par mental health care.
