I recently took my 2003 Taurus to Upfront Auto here in Binghamton for a balance and alignment. We were hearing some noise on the right side so we asked him to just check it out and let us know because we like to do the work ourselves. After paying $118 for the B&A, he stated on the receipt that the right front spring was broken. We pulled it out this morning and it's NOT BROKEN!!!! Also, while doing the balancing, they put the wheel weights on the OUTSIDE of the aluminum rims. My bf is a trained automechanic and left a message asking why they put the weights where they did when on day ONE of training they say 'on the inside, boys!' When we called to see what could be done about it after our message went ignored, the man told us 'he was too p***ed off to talk to us and that he would rather have the courts involved'. DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
