Review content:
The first time I took my dog here is was exceptional. The second time, however, was absolutely terrible. I had an 11 am appointment, which I was early for, when I called at 4 he still wasn't ready but I was informed he would be when I got there. (I was leaving out of town at 4:30) When I picked him up the only thing trimmed on him was his face and paws. The only thing I can think of was 4.5 hours was insufficient to trim a 5 lb yorkie. I guess I rushed them. I am now looking for a new groomer.
