All I can say is WOW! not only did my babies love these people, but, so did we! They were so informed on so many issues, we learned so much!! Our babies were beautiful, and happy! There is a reason they have been around for 40 years! We tell everybody about them! We have always been able to work around our schedule with no problems! We know they are getting love while they are there! And they have the neatest things in there, too! more

Lost a customer 12/26/2011

The first time I took my dog here is was exceptional. The second time, however, was absolutely terrible. I had an 11 am appointment, which I was early for, when I called at 4 he still wasn't ready but I was informed he would be when I got there. (I was leaving out of town at 4:30) When I picked him up the only thing trimmed on him was his face and paws. The only thing I can think of was 4.5 hours was insufficient to trim a 5 lb yorkie. I guess I rushed them. I am now looking for a new groomer. more
