The positive energy you radiate made shopping for a car a pleasure. The professional atmosphere of your dealership was like that of Mercedes dealership - except that everyone was friendlier and there was no comparison on the pricing. I really appreciated the way you addressed the minor issue that came up several days after I purchased the car. It is obvious you and your dealership are more concerned about your long-term reputation than maximizing profit on every sale. That is a refreshing change.
