Review content:
Cabs come and miss customers all the time. In this case, their cab came, to the wrong side of the street, they did not ask for me by name so I went inside and proceeded to wait. I called to inquire about the hold up and they said they cab came and I went inside so they left. I explained the above. A new cab came, I walked out to greet him, and he left! I called the company again and said ""I think your cab just left..."" The representative actually said to me ""he said he doesn't want to pick you up because you were the one who walked away when he came the first time."" I was flabbergasted that this was even an option. The representative actually hung up the phone on me (mind you this was all work related travel) when I told him there were numerous cabs outside and his cab failed to identify me as the passenger who made the request. I called back and told them WHY they were being called and that I'd give a nice report to the folks who organized their service for me, and that they did not need to come pick me up, ever.
