If I could review them with negative stars, I would. Not only was the cab half an hour late, but when I called the dispatcher repeatedly to inquire about it, he kept saying ""2 to 3 minutes away"" which was really 15 to 20. So I didn't go get a different cab or try to find another way. Which is just egregious.
Never using them again, and you shouldn't either!
