I used to shop at Sagar a few years back. Due to some personal drama, I stopped shopping there. Recently I added Varsha & Rubin (the owner & owner's husband) onto my Facebook account. I was able to see some of her recent stuff and realised how much I missed shopping there. My sister is Varsha's regular customer who is always bringing home really nice pieces. So for Eid I told my husband I am going to put the past behind us and start a new relationship with Sagar Emporium.\r

When I walked into the store, Sagar Emporium was extremely busy especially with bridal customers. But I was greeted with warmth and the staff is extremely friendly. I really wanted Varsha's attention so I waited for my turn in line. In the meantime, her husband Rubin and her son, Sagar, helped me out alot. \r

I've always been a very picky shopper and they were so patient with me. They tried their best to satisfy me. Customer service like that goes a really long way. Varsha is so sweet and understanding. She helped me out alot and when we walked out, my husband and I had a smile on our faces. I wish her many more years of business and prosperity!
