I was already almost 7 mths pregnant and on bedrest when I contacted Custom Dwellings to reclaim some attic space above our master bedroom to use as an alternative nursery/sitting room. My first concern was that the project wouldn't be finished in time for the baby's arrival and Russell had it finished just a few days after, it was perfect. Stephanie utilized every inch of space, even turning the shuttered window from the old space into a unique cabinet, and the space under the new stairway became a place for use to stow luggage. Every detail was fine tuned to meet our needs and the molding, windows, outside paint colors and architectural details were matched seamlessly making the space feel like it has be there all along. The finished project exceeded my expectations and that is saying alot since I am a bit of a perfectionist.
