the no-pressure attitude at north shore auto mall was a breath of fresh air compared to the new car dealers that my husband and i have been visiting all week. we have been looking for a car for almost 5 weeks now, and we're both getting tired of being hounded to buy a car. josh at auto mall was very helpful and did not try to pressure us into making an impulse buy. we will be back soon.
