Review content:
Our family went to this car dealer and was not treated well. First, this place discriminates against its customers; when we got in, we were left unattended for almost 40 minutes, until we tried to get their attention. It appears the place is owned by some asian guy and his son came to attend to us. We sat down and tried to negotiate the price to come down since there were a number of things that were amiss; they came back and told us that they would absolutely not budge on the price. We then asked them for a test-drive; after test driving the car we made up our mind that we were going to buy it and asked them for a purchase agreement. The owner's son said that it would take just a few minutes for him to draw up the purchase agreement, but to our surprise he kept going around in circles. Finally he and his father came out from a back office and sat down at a computer nearby and pretended to be working on my case as they were speaking in some asian language; in a few minutes the son came to me (after exchanging some information with his father in a foreign language) and told us that we had to put down a $500 deposit before they could process the purchase agreement, and they needed all our insurance information. When we insisted that all we needed was the paper work stating that they had agreed to sell the car to me, they started playing games and told me they would send it as soon as someone in the back was finished dealing with another customer. The son of the owner proceeded (rudely) to tell us that our time with them was done. We decided to cancel our dealing with this auto dealer and drove away. This place is not a good place to buy a car from and their discriminatory practices are very subtle but easy to pick up if you pay careful attention; stay away from them.
