Review content:
Dr. Collins is thorough, knowledgeable, competent, and caring. I had serious problems with a deep brain stimulator installed for Parkinson's. Stanford couldn't seem to solve the problems, but Dr. Collins was able to work with me to determine what was wrong and find a way to set it right. I would recommend him unreservedly, especially for someone who needs DBS programming or has Parkinson's. \r

Another review complained about his receptionist, Minnie. I'm afraid that she is a difficult person to interact with, and more likely to be impatient with you than helpful. Don't let that stop you. There is a warm, compassionate, and very skilled physician once you get past the receptionist. It's worth it, many times over.
Pros: Efficient, competent, caring, thorough
Cons: Receptionist
