I agree with the person who said they were rude, but it wasn't just the employee who was rude to me. It was the OWNER!\r

I bought a wig last year after beginning chemo. It was a darling wig, and I got many compliments. I cared for the wig as instructed, but it started showing some wear after a year. I went back and got another one just like it. The trouble was it was not just like the previous wig. The first wig could be fine tuned in its sizing because it had velcro straps. After a couple of days, I had it perfectly sized to fit my head. Unfortunately, the replacement wig didn't have the velcro. It had hooks that you could latch in predetermined hoops. It was either too loose or too tight. \r

I called to tell them of the problem. The result: sorry, we can't [read: won't] allow a return or exchange. I believe it was incumbent upon them as the professionals in the wig business to inform me of the change in construction. They said there was nothing they could [read: would] do. I said, ""So I'm stuck with a wig I can't use."" The employee said, ""You could say it that way if you wanted to."" I asked to speak to the owner who was standing nearby. I could hear their discussion and the sarcasm concerning me. The employee came back on the phone and informed me that the owner refused to speak to me.\r

They insisted I'd need a little elasticized thing that you wrap around your head to hold the wig in place ($30+). I didn't need it, but they got their $30+ out of me. \r

These people are NOT professional, and they
