Usually get seated quite quickly. Then comes the long wait, the harried waitress , the long wait and then the food. No drink refills, and catching the wait staff as they rush by because they are one of two or three. Now they might spill the coffee on the table or forget stuff, but there is never a manger, and no-one offers to give you even your drinks (soft drinks) free.\r
We go once a year to the one on West End, and only because it is where we had our first date (and yes, it was the same). The one in Hermitage is a whole lot better.
Pros: tables, promptness of seating
Cons: prices, long wait for service, bland food.
