My husband, sister, and I recently dined at this location on a Saturday night, around 9:00. The hostess was friendly, but that's where the pleasurable experience ceased. Our waitress was slow coming to the table, got both my sister's and my order completely wrong, served our food on dirty dishes, and we never got any refills. I sent my order back -- I had asked for Chicken Crispers and received the Chicken Sliders -- and she returned with something that I guess was supposed to pass as the Chicken Crispers, but there was hardly any chicken in the three mounds on the plate and was really just huge, greasy chunks of fried batter. All of our food looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for a long time; everything just looked unappealing and it felt cold. When I asked to speak to a manager, my waitress left and came back about ten minutes later to tell me that the manager wasn't coming and that she would just take my meal off of the tab. When I asked why, she replied that he was in the back cooking and she was really doing me a ""favor"" by not having him come out to speak with me. What's the point in having a manager if you're going to handle everything in the first place? I would completely avoid this Chili's at all costs, especially because there are several great restaurants around the area. I usually love Chili's, but this was a horrible dining experience.
Pros: Short wait
Cons: Old food, wrong orders, apathetic wait staff and managers
