I went to several places trying to find the perfect evening gown for a banquet that I was attending in LA. I went to Glitz finally. Not only did I have very good service, they worked very hard to get me what I wanted and needed. I had a sort of low price range, but they still found me a gorgeous dress that I got swarmed with compliments at the banquet. They were very nice to me, and I had no appointment. When I told them I needed a dress to specifically match a necklace it was no problem for them to help me find something! Not one person while I was in LA said my dress had shoddy alterations done or that it looked bad. I definitely thank the entirety of the staff that I met at Glitz for all their help, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of special occasion gown. The reviews on here are very misleading I think too. Considering you need to remember during certain times of the year yes they will be busy so yes they might get a little agitated. And if you're rude to them, expect the same treatment anywhere you go. Good luck!! Definitely try and go here!!
