Review content:
I arrived at Glitz on a Monday morning a few minutes before they opened, as did another couple of people, with the hope of checking out their wedding dress selection. We waited until 10 when they supposedly opened, but couldn't find an open door. The guy from the attached tux shop let us in and turned on the lights, saying he didn't know where the employee was. After we all wandered around for about 10 minutes the young woman who worked there arrived. She was wearing sunglasses, talking on her cell phone, and seemed genuinely inconvenienced at the fact she had to be at work. She greeted no one, walked behind the counter, sat down, and proceeded to carry on her phone conversation. After a few minutes of being ignored I walked out. I was not surprised that she didn't say ""goodbye and thanks for coming"", because she was still on the phone.\r \r Bottom line - even if there had been any dresses here that held my interest (which there weren't), the lack of service was so deplorable that I would never go back, on principle alone. Pros: easy to park Cons: everything else
