This restaurant has been around for quite a few years and I'm surprised I haven't ventured in before...it's a nice surprise and the food doesn't disappoint. To be honest, I'm an old-school noodle soup (pho) fan but I've tried their Bun Bo Hue (with the Pho noodles of course), which is a heartier (is that's possible??) and spicier version of their Pho. If you're so hardcore that you ask for the thinly sliced beef on the side (because it cooks in the boiling soup WHILE they walk it out to you)...they're very accomodating and think it's cool. :-) Their fresh spring rolls are addicting, and believe it or not, their vegetarian egg rolls are BETTER than their regular ones! The pork egg rolls are de-lish, and I'm no vegetarian, but I'm not sure how I got hooked on the vegetarian egg rolls! So light and crispy...drooling just thinking about them. Pros: Awesome Soups, Real Dishes: non-soup, Fab Prices Cons: Street Parking
