I'm not generally one to take to the internet to complain but this time, I feel it's warranted. I actually opened an account on City Search to post this in hopes that it saves someone the unfortunate burden of dealing with these people. The 1-star rating is being generous but this site requires a rating. Here's my scenario:
1. Bought used car on 1-24-11
2. Check engine light comes on 20 hours later
3. Car goes back to dealership for service
4. Pick car up and drive for 2 days
5. Check engine light comes on. Again
6. Car goes back to dealership for service. For 6 days
* It's at this point that I begin voicing my concerns
and displeasure. My concerns were met with
complete bewilderment on the part of the staff I've
been dealing with. As though this is all perfectly
normal. Not so from a consumer's standpoint.
** Numerous calls to dealership went un-returned.
7. Pickup car from dealership.
8. Alarm goes off every time I unlock the car.
* At time of sale, I was told the car had no alarm.
9. Instrument cluster now reads in French.
And as though this varied assortment of ridiculousness wasn't enough, as I write this review on 2-22-11, I still DO NOT have the necessary paperwork to register the vehicle. I was told the day that I bought the car (1-24-11), that I would have the paperwork w/ title in 10 business days. 30 calender days and I'm still waiting...
