Review content:
This is the 1st time ever I've left a review on line. Took my 1991 Accord in for the cruse control and an oil change. Apparently the ""mechanic"" bent a wire installing the speed sensor. Had to take it all apart again to fix it.\r
\r
When I picked up the car in their lot there was a cigarette butt intentionally placed on the trunk hood. It was lit when placed there; saw the ashes and a burnt spot in the paint.\r
\r
On my way home I turn on the AC and the fan isn't working. Worked just fine when I dropped the car off.\r
\r
Then I look at the oil change sticker and they put 5W20 in the car! The preferred is 5W30 with 10W30 being an option in warmer weather. How can they put the wrong weight oil in there?! 5W20 was also written on the invoice.\r
\r
My little Honda ran like a truck. The next morning I checked the tire pressure- they ranged between 34.5 and 40PSI. Supposed to be 29. \r
\r
To the dealer's credit, my service advisor did correct the above.\r
\r
My only other experiance with this service department was a few years back. Took my 89 Accord in for the AC. After a few hundred dollars I drove away and it worked for 10 minutes. After another few hundred it worked for a week. Further ""diagnostic"" would be more money; gave the car to my brother in law. \r
\r
Of course you get the laundry list of everything that it ""needs"". Even a new battery (just 2 years old).\r
