Review content:
I've taken my cleaning here for years without issue but recently things have changed. I picked up a prom dress that obviously had not been drycleaned. There was no dry cleaning odor and no ticket on the dress. I spoke to Christie the so-called owner/manager and have never been treated so rudely in my life. She was rude from the beginning of the conversation and only offered me credit for half of the exorbitatnt amount it cost to ""clean"" the dress in the first place. Having been in management I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. She would never admit that a mistake could have been made. I will never take anything in there again!
Pros: Do not patronize this business!
Cons: Terrible Customer Service
