I needed rear windows in 2 vans. THE OWNER came and did the first one. put a dent in the tailgate. a week later came to do the second one. put in the window while i was at work. did not put on the latch, told my son he did not have the proper tools. ??? when i called them to see when he could complete the job , the secretary told me he said he didnt have the right tools, so do it myself. My insurance company recommended this company. they heard my story and wont do it again. this was the owner Steve that acted this way. find someone else to do your glass. i had the problem he couldnt do done at another company and laughed about his stupidity. if this would let me give no star rating i would. terrible company
