My dog was dropped off at 9:30am for a grooming and sat in a crate all day until 4:30. She hadn't been taken out to go to the bathroom or had water all day! When I arrived there to pick her up, the owner hadn't even started on her! She then informed me that there had been a pet in the center that had fleas that day! No one called us to let us know that our dog wasn't going to be taken for 8 hours and was going to need to sit in a crate without being cared for all day. We will NEVER return here and I don't reccomend anyone give them their business. We reccomended them to a neighbor once and she had a terrible experience there as well. We will NEVER EVER put our poor dog through that again!
Cons: Pet abuse!
