Review content:
I was in an auto accident, and my insurance company gave me a list of preferred body shops. Bob Thomas Carstar was on that list, and they offered the most convenient service. Throughout the process, they were very professional, timely and polite. Everything they said they would do, they completed satisfactorily.
I was especially impressed with the person who came out to assess the damage to my vehicle. He was fantastic--very helpful and good at following up with me. All said, there was $6,500 worth of front end damage. Carstar completed the repairs beautifully, and even brought in an outside company to replace my windshield, so I didn't have to make the extra trip. It was a great experience.
