I've never bought a new car before, and as a woman alone I was a little nervous about going into a car dealership by myself. I've heard the horror stories of the ""hard sell,"" the ""fast talking salesman"" and the long wait to get answers. Not true at DickHannah Acura on SE Stark! I had a wonderful experience and ended up with a car I love at a price I can afford. Mike O'Brian assisted me - I won't call him a salesman because he was more like a concerned friend trying to help me find what I wanted. He answered my endless stream of questions and demonstrated the features of my new Acura TSX with commendable patience. I traded in my 2003 Acura TL and absolutely LOVE the TSX - it's lighter, quicker to respond and gets better gas mileage - but still offers luxury and a great ride. I highly recommend DickHannah Acura!
