Review content:
I have to give Kitchen Hearth and Stove one star as there is no option for no stars. Their customer support leaves much to be desired. After my mother bought an Accentra in 2005 for over $3000, she has had continuous problems with the stove and Dennis Worth. Although she called three or four times that there was something wrong with her stove, he declined to send a service man out to her house until the warranty expired four weeks ago. Then he finally sent out a technician who found that the feeder motor had ""shifted"". For this she was billed $118. The stove has finally started to burn correctly. I would not recommend anyone deal with this distributor again if they expect customer service after the sale from Dennis Worth. Other customer support staff were helpful if you were lucky enough not to get Dennis or his secretary.\r
Pros: Good stove when it works
Cons: Poor customer service to get the stove working right
