Not only was there a drive by shooting on our street into one of the apartments, but after following their meticulous cleaning checklist (we cleaned for 5 days); they charged us over $950 to ""replace the carpet"" due to pet stains (which contradicts the terms of the lease).\r
The leasing agents are also very rude once you actually become a tenant and your maintenance concerns go unresolved for days. It may look nice, but please DO NOT LIVE HERE!\r
Pros: It's affordable
Cons: They do not disclose acturate charges for potential carpet cleaning.
