First of all, I am never one to bash anyone without letting them defend themselves. But In this case I will continue...\r
The front desk is highly uneducated. They seem to just follow orders. When a question is brought to them, they don't quite know how to answer it. I spent hundreds of dollars over 4 months trying to help my puppy get better, and the overall response was sort of ""oh well, lets keep shuffling paperwork"". When I did get to meet with Dr. Taylor (who by the way is a great guy, but insisted on defending his credentials to me) the answers I got were never quite the right ones. The meds my dog was given were HIGHLY overpriced and only mildy effective. I also feel that I should not have to inform the vet of what meds my baby girl needed. Its their responsibility to keep records.\r

I have since moved to a better vet whos entire staff seems to actually care about my dog's health and it shows. My wallet and my puppy have thanked me. Keep searching if you have the option.
