I can honestly say that finding the right house to match your budget is very challenging, husband and I have been trying to sell our home for another home, and some brokers were just so pushy and unrealistic. They had too much rhetoric for their price! BUT- at Coldwell Banker, our broker set realistic goals and stuck to the plan which was our key concern. We've finally moved into our new home and are very happy!
