Second time moving, bigger family. Never had such an easy and successful experience. The first time with a different company was a nightmare! I'm so glad I turned to Coldwell Banker after many great recommendations. more

Buying a home is fun and exciting----selling on the other hand- not so fun. Fortunately, with the help of Coldwell Banker Mid Plaza Real Estate, they were able to help sell my home at a price higher than our goal was which is always great! very pleased with their work! more

Stuck to the Plan! 7/15/2011

I can honestly say that finding the right house to match your budget is very challenging, husband and I have been trying to sell our home for another home, and some brokers were just so pushy and unrealistic. They had too much rhetoric for their price! BUT- at Coldwell Banker, our broker set realistic goals and stuck to the plan which was our key concern. We've finally moved into our new home and are very happy! more

No Beating Around the Bush 7/15/2011

We gave them our price and my wife and I were very pleased with the choices, our broker didnt beat around the bush into buying something out of our range which is what we liked- my wife does NOT like to be pressured. Coldwell Banker Real Estate did a fantastic job, and we are very happy in our new home! more

CB Mid Plaza, could not recommend them more highly. They worked with me for over two years, through a short sale, searching for a condominium in Brooklyn. My agent and her home inspector actually discouraged me from purchasing a property that I very much wanted to buy due to the significant repairs that would be entailed in renovating the property. You simply don't see that type of candor in a real estate agent, particularly in this market. A true professional, with terrific knowledge of the Brooklyn real estate market. more

Satisfied Home Owner 6/21/2011

Our agent quickly established what kind of home I was looking for and zeroed in on a property I am very satisfied with. He was always available on my sometimes hectic schedule, I never felt like he was trying to ""sell"" me a home, and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. At every point in the process he stood up for me as a buyer, negotiated well, and helped me wherever I needed it. I am the second person in my family to buy a property through Coldwell Banker Mid Plaza, and probably not the last. The best praise I can give is that I would readily use them again if I bought another condo. more

During my recent condo search in Brooklyn, NY, I found my agent to be extremely knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and she worked tirelessly (and patiently) to show me a wide range of offers. This Real Estate was great. The brokers all work together and help each other. We lived in Mill Basin, Brooklyn, and were selling our house because we were moving out of state. They got the price we wanted and the transaction went smoothly. more

Very helpful! We were having problems selling our home in the depressed housing market. We switched to Coldwell Banker and we're glad we did. They understood our needs and kept a steady stream of potential buyers to view the home. Once they found a buyer they diligently watched out for our interests and made sure the process was completed as quickly as possible. Coldwell Banker were always available and willing to talk, every step of the way. I highly recommend Coldwell Banker!!!! more
