Review content:
I went there with high expectations of great food and cold beer. I soon found out that the lack of customer service trickles down from the top. When I met with the manager to solve a minor problem with the waitress and the bill, he was rude and had to hold back his anger. He used profanity in regards to me and my dinner guest to the bartender not realizing I could hear him. I will never step foot in that establishment again; it goes to show you there are no bad teams, only bad leaders. Its a shame that a ten dollar error could cost a establishment customers and much more potential money. Do not waste time with this restaurant in Frisco.
Pros: cold beer, tv's
Cons: horrible management, incompetent staff, rude and apparently hate making money
