I had two very nice, expensive Kate Spade handbags what were dirty and a little scuffed. I heard about Don's and hoped the bags could be restored to some semblance of their former glory.
The man at the counter (sorry, don't remember his name) was very nice and helpful; thoroughly explained the process to me regarding what may need to be done as far as any re-dyeing and refinishing and if I was comfortable with that.
I was a little anxious when I went to pick them up, especially because one of the bags was a very unique turquoise-teal blue. I was beyond thrilled!! Both bags look like new and the blue one is absolutely splendid!
Worth the money and worth the wait! Thank you so much for your fine work and I will definitely be back as well as highly recommending you to others.
