We came in because our new puppy had been chewing on the laptop cable. We had taped it up but then started noticing some other problems, it was starting to run slow, sometimes the laptop would charge and sometimes it wouldn't. When I called they said they may have another power cable in the store but bring the laptop with me so we could be sure it was a match. It was! They also offered to check the battery for me to make sure there wasn't a problem with the battery or where the cable plugs in. \r

They were friendly and answered all my questions. I mentioned some other things about the laptop that it was not working as fast as it used to. They made sure everything in the laptop was working ok, nothing had to be replaced, but they did find spyware that explained the problems I was having. I really liked that they told me upfront how much would be before they did anything and they were really reasonable! My computer runs so much better now and I'm glad we went with them.
