they never fixed my lap top then they want to charge me 200.00, for what???? it is not fixed and they cannot figure out how to fix it.\r
will never go back again. they told me toi begin with it was a 39.99 diagnostice fee and if it can be fixed they will tell me the additional costs. they said if it can't they will only charge the 39.99 fee. not on top of the fee they want to charge over 200.00. the computer is not fixed.\r
bad place. i run a daycare and use the computer for the kids and business. now I have to figure out a way to get a new one which is hard to do. they take advantage of honest hard working people.
Cons: lied to me- false charges - never fixed laptop
