Before speaking with anyone at Quantum Property Management, Google ""Joe Kanner Indictment"" Their ""CFO"" is a convicted felon, indicted, sentenced and convicted by the NYC DA in 2000 for ""scheming to defraud"", for awarding high bids to contractors who provided him kickbacks, and using the funds of buildings he managed to complete work on his own home. (see NYTimes article listed in Google results). After completing his sentence, he moved to Westchester, to hunt for new victims. For further confirmation, contact the NYC DA, conviction date 4/27/2000.
