If I could give no stars I would, at the annual ""Palmer house"" shareholders meeting this crook couldn't answer one question in regards to how our money was being spent. Numbers never added up and kept deflecting answers. Fact: He inflated the numbers on the financials Fact: Deposited our assessment checks into private accounts Fact: and in 99' was convicted of kickbacks and cutting checks from maintence accounts to do work on his own house. Fact: every two years we get hit with huge assements Because of this fraud Fact: He and the board ran out like cowards right before they were about to be voted off board more

Before speaking with anyone at Quantum Property Management, Google ""Joe Kanner Indictment"" Their ""CFO"" is a convicted felon, indicted, sentenced and convicted by the NYC DA in 2000 for ""scheming to defraud"", for awarding high bids to contractors who provided him kickbacks, and using the funds of buildings he managed to complete work on his own home. (see NYTimes article listed in Google results). After completing his sentence, he moved to Westchester, to hunt for new victims. For further confirmation, contact the NYC DA, conviction date 4/27/2000. more
