Review content:
WORST DEALER EVER. I had a car shipped here for pick up; I have never been treated so badly. The ""Sales Manager"" lied to my face, kept me waiting in the lobby with my 15 month old son (no they were not busy) for over an hour and a half, telling his sales person that ""she can wait I am busy"". I was treated so bad that one of their own sales people came to me and apologized stating that they could not believe what I had been put through. I purchased this new car that I had custom built, and paid them $350 to ""deliver"" it to me. Their idea of delivering it to me was handing me the keys and saying ""read the owners manual"". I did not get anyone to show me how to use my car until my father-n-law, who sells Fords by the way, called them and set them straight. I intend to write a letter to the owner of the dealership and to Ford directly and I am floored at the way my husband and I were treated. Only reason I have not yet, is that I fear retaliation and there are problems with my new car that need to be fixed. But rest assured, normal maintenance will not be done at this dealership. I take all of my cars to another dealership, a GM dealership even though they are Fords as their service is bar none compared to this dealer. Even more surprising is that both this Ford dealer and the GM dealer I go to are owned by the same person!!!
