Please do not go here & give these people business. They are THEE worst people I have ever dealt with. Ever. Period. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Waiting for a call back? Good luck. When you call, they're rude. Always have you on hold and NEVER call you back. I'm just a normal person trying to get a fireplace so my family can stay warm this winter. Maybe because I told them I'm on a tight budget they don't want my business. If that's the case, then tell me. Don't promise me day after day a call back that's never going to come. Horrible. Rude. \r
We even packed up our kids and went out there hoping for a better outcome. Negative. The people at the desk ignore you like you aren't even there. When you talk to them they talk DOWN to you like they're better than you.\r
I've been trying to get in touch with Lee in the Voorhees store, and the older man at the front desk with the gray hair. My mother has been working (trying to) with the Northfield store and has had the same negative results as myself. I am so disappointed, but have found a great shop willing to help me who is glad to help us.
