I preface this review by saying that I have never been one to complain or give negative feedback. After visiting the Rettinger's Voorhees location this past Saturday, I was both disappointed and insulted. I am in the market for refacing my existing fireplace and have done some research. I went in merely wanting to talk to someone about placing an order. I proceeded to browse the store waiting for a salesperson to help me, let alone acknowledge my presence. I was blatantly ignored, even after standing in front of the main desk where the sales staff was convening. All that I was looking for was a simple hello and to say that they could help me at some point. Due to this POOR, inadequate customer service I would not reccomend this store. I have since been to other fireplace stores that were much more willing and happy to help me...
