Review content:
Our heater had gone out, so I discovered Nowak Heating & Air from the BBB, and contacted them to give us a quote to repair our heater. It turns out the heater was beyond repair. It was an old heater that was originally installed in 1986, and the chamber was cracked, so naturally it needed to be replaced. I told them that I would like to have a quote for different sized heaters, both single and double blowers, and they gave me a quote.
I had them install a new furnace and all new duct system under the house. The installation went very well. They were prompt and they came on time. They guy who did the install was clean, organized, and very hard working. And, it all works very well.
We are very satisfied with the service we received as well as the price of the heater.
