Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. replaced my furnace and checked out my air conditioning system. It went very well. They were professional, courteous, and did the job efficiently and with good quality. This was my first time using their service. The owner was very professional and seemed to take a lot of care and pride in what he was doing. If I need the service again, I would not hesitate to use them more

Reliability and knowledge! 4/6/2012

The person from Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. ended up being someone I knew from bookkeeping. The servicemen from Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. were great. We had a problem with the equipment but they fixed it. We needed a new heater because of a faulty installation years ago. Nowak was recommended to us, and they ended up being good. They fixed the heater up, but it still didn't work, so they sent it to the manufacturer. Now it works fine. Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has reliability and knowledge. It's the place to go! more

They got the job done when they said they would and I am completely satisfied. I got the central air system I desired and they did it at a price that was substantially lower than 3 other companies I called. more

I'm very comfortable recommending Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning. I think the installer was very professional. He cared about explaining what he was doing and always made us feel important. He was also good about coming back to make sure everything worked to our satisfaction. It's sort of off the cuff, but my husband is a Mechanical Engineer, and the Nowak representative made sure he was satisfied with everything. He explained what was going on with the bad areas. Some of them were very bad, but he was thorough with his explanations. My sense is that he understood how to deliver to all different types of customers. My husband's the engineer, but I'm in IT, and he didn't exceed my level of comfort. He certainly worked hard, and we're very pleased. more

Exceptional customer service, worth taking the time and spending the money! 8/5/2011

I found out about Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning through a referral. They were polite and patient when I asked my laymen questions. They were prompt in turning up for the service. They installed a heating and air conditioning unit in our house. On the first visit they were able to resolve any issues I ha. They were professional and treated me as a customer with respect. I like their total customer service approach, which means the customer is first. I've been using Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning for five years so they've done initial services as well as follow-ups. They provide exceptional customer service worth taking the time and spending the money for! more

Pleasant to work with. 7/20/2011

I hired Nowak Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new system in my home. Overall, I'm very happy with the job they did. I dealt directly with the owner, Paul, an he's a nice guy. I found him easy to work with, and he always got back to me whenever I called. The installers weren't bad, either. There was a small issue where I think someone didn't connect something quite right, but they came back out the next day to fix it. My one complaint is that the equipment isn't as good as I would like. The heater is a little noisy, but I'm living with it. Otherwise, everything is fine. more

I've been doing business with Paul Nowak for over 25 years. This is the second time for a water heater for me, and it was 5's across the board. The total experience was fine. The guys from Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. are really great guys to work with. Paul is really a nice guy. He met all of my needs. And Rich, the onsite guy, is very knowledgeable and offered up a lot of good information. I was building a restaurant, and they came in to do the heating and AC for me. Our heater had gone out, so I discovered Nowak Heating & Air from the BBB, and contacted them to give us a quote to repair our heater. It turns out the heater was beyond repair. It was an old heater that was originally installed in 1986, and the chamber was cracked, so naturally it needed to be replaced. I told them that I would like to have a quote for different sized heaters, both single and double blowers, and they gave me a quote. I had them install a new furnace and all new duct system under the house. The installation went very well. They were prompt and they came on time. They guy who did the install was clean, organized, and very hard working. And, it all works very well. We are very satisfied with the service we received as well as the price of the heater. more

I checked a number of companies and reviews online before choosing Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning. They had good customer reviews, so I decided to use them. It turned out that I also knew someone who had used their service. Nowak Heating & Air serviced my furnace, air conditioning, and attic fan. They really did the work on time and they cleaned up afterward. more

They did the job for the best price and on-time. 8/25/2010

We used Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning to replacd our furnace. They had the most experience, Paul just seemed confident and well-informed, and their bid wasn't the lowest, but after I talked to him, he was able to come down and make the most competitive bid. We've only used the furnace a couple times because it's been plenty warm, but everything's great. The guy who did the work, Rich, was really helpful and did a great job. We did need to drain some water from it, and the guy who was going to do the work was injured, so that still hasn't happened yet. So that's my only concern with their performance. Otherwise, things are good. I would tell a potential customer: Talk to Paul, and you'll probably have the same experience I did. more
