Been eating sushi for 20 years, California, Florida, New York, San Francisco. Yamato's in Pensacola, Fla has the best sushi and the other Japanese food. Kanki is excellent, especially the Crabtree Valley Mall location. Sushi is served in large portions and it is cold and fresh. It is much better than any other location ... Shabashabu on WF Road is also pretty good, have a sake-bomb while you're there. They are quite creative!
