Purchased used 2008 Sable at a fair price. When I test drove car the mats were flipped to keep clean. When I picked the car up the driver side mat was for the wrong vehicle. Salesman didn't ""notice"" until I pointed it out. I had already paid for the car. Salesman said he'd find one for me. I called a couple of times, he didn't seem to know what vehicle I purchased, said he had checked though. No offer to provide new mat, even at cost. Typical dealer b/s that results in one time customer. Pros: Fair Price Cons: Lack of followup
