HATED IT the guy was pushy and down right rude, and a total jerk he belittled me because I wasn't buying the most expensive thing in the store and tried to pressure me into buying something 1000 more! I found a washer and dryer on sale at electronic express for cheaper and i asked him to price match it. he argued with me that it wasn't the same model. I had to show him the model number from the other store! he gave me a hard time about it too. After we got that settled He pushed a 600.00 warranty on me to AND BELITTLED me for not getting it! The best part the dryer didnt work when we got it and they waited a week to replace it! the washer didn't come with a hose and he stated ""Absolutely not the washers never come with hoses"" STAY FAR FAR AWAY another thing I had to report this company to the better business bureau, because the washer and dryer they sold us was used, on the receipt it said it was new. It broke I called corporate and they were rude and unhelpful. I told them the horror we went through, she refused to give me her name, and all the kept saying was there's a 30 day return policy we cant help you. PLEASE I am begging you do not shop here. The commercials are laughable, helpful PHHHT YEAH right!
