HATED IT the guy was pushy and down right rude, and a total jerk he belittled me because I wasn't buying the most expensive thing in the store and tried to pressure me into buying something 1000 more! I found a washer and dryer on sale at electronic express for cheaper and i asked him to price match it. he argued with me that it wasn't the same model. I had to show him the model number from the other store! he gave me a hard time about it too. After we got that settled He pushed a 600.00 warranty on me to AND BELITTLED me for not getting it! The best part the dryer didnt work when we got it and they waited a week to replace it! the washer didn't come with a hose and he stated ""Absolutely not the washers never come with hoses"" STAY FAR FAR AWAY another thing I had to report this company to the better business bureau, because the washer and dryer they sold us was used, on the receipt it said it was new. It broke I called corporate and they were rude and unhelpful. I told them the horror we went through, she refused to give me her name, and all the kept saying was there's a 30 day return policy we cant help you. PLEASE I am begging you do not shop here. The commercials are laughable, helpful PHHHT YEAH right! more

Rude staff, and horrible warranty conpany. 1/8/2010

My husband and I purchased a laptop from this location and have regreted it from the day we bought it. Nothing was wrong with the laptop but we sent it in to the warranty company to get cleaned, and without contacting us they destroyed the laptop deeming it unrepairable. What? We sent it in to get CLEANED!!! When we contacted the store, warranty company and corporate after not hearing from anyone for 6 weeks, no one knew what was going on or had any answers. The staff at this location was very rude, the staff at the warranty company was incompetent. And corporate just didn't care. We have learned our lesson and will stick with Best Buy, never have had problems with that company. Cons: Rude, inefficient, incompetent more
