I joined the gym on Saturday and after I signed the contract I was informed they were out of key cards but would have them in on Monday because they were in Meridian (10 minutes away). Went in on Monday and still no key cards. Told the same story. Went back on Tuesday still no key cards and their phones were not working. I have not been able to use the 24 hour fitness center because Body Renew has not full filled their obligation to provide key cards as stated in the contract. Do not sign a contract or join this place. It is a f&^(&*%&^$ joke. I can't believe The Better Business has not shut them down. Oh and BTW the tanning beds have bulbs that don't work and when staff is told about this their excuse is I don't know how to change them.
