Avoid this practice or you'll be sorry! Our positive feelings about the physicians have been ruined by the fact that the business side of this practice is deplorable. Either the practice is corrupt and trying to take advantage of the patients or the billing department is absolutely incompetent. We have had two incidents where insurance claims were submitted with the wrong billing codes. We have since moved out of state, so for the past 1.5 years, I have called on numerous occasions, emailed, and sent certified letters. Never have I received the courtesy of a single response, yet they sent us to collection. I finally paid one of the invoices for several hundred dollars because I simply give up - I can no longer rationalize investing time in leaving voice mails and sending letters that go unanswered. Sadly, I see someone else wrote a similar review, so including myself, two out of six reviewers are angry about billing practices. J. Weigand
