When I firstly came to this club I told manager that I would like to have two month pass, because I was gonna leave the US in two month, he came across friendly at that moment... However in a month I found out I had a payment listed for LA Fitness on my online banking. So i went to talk to manager to clarify this. he addressed me to my contract and his previous friendly attitude had gone! It was writen there that I had to cancel it at least 20 days prior to my monthly charge. In other words I in fact had to cancel it 10 days after I signed contract. Why didn't he print me then cancellation from the very same day I signed a contract? He was well-aware of that I needed it for two months only, yet pretending he misheard me or I misunderstood him. \r
I was surprised that many of my friends has the issue dealing with them. The didn't even mention any kind of reimbursement. The worst gym I've ever seen.\r
Pros: not frendly attitude, too dificult to sign off, extracharges
Cons: I do not want to contact them anymore!
