ALL JOKING ASIDE, I LOVE THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE HAMMER STRENGTH EQUIPMENT. MOST GYMS TODAY HAVE USELESS (EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PRETTY) CABLE MACHINES FOR EVERYTHING. THERE IS SOMETHING REWARDING ABOUT MOVING WEIGHT ON HAMMER STRENGTH MACHINES SINCE THEY AREN'T ON CABLES.
I'VE NEVER TAKEN CLASS, BUT THEY SEEM TO BE VERY POPULAR. I BET THE ONE THAT MEETS ON TUESDAY NIGHTS HAS LIKE 50+ PEOPLE IN CLASS EVERY WEEK.
LIFE LESSON: DON'T DINK AROUND WITH SMALL OR NEW GYMS JUST BECAUSE YOUR MOM LIKES HOW NICE THEY LOOK. GO TO A REAL GUY WITH REAL PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY REMEMBER YOUR NAME AND REMEMBER WHAT YOU LIKE- THEY ALWAYS HAVE A MUSCLE MILK WAITING FOR ME AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT. THANKS GUYS!!
