Review content:
We're not quite sure WHY these people in Indiana are making mattresses and providing them to RV manufacturers -- because they obviously DON'T know how to make a quality mattress. We have a new RV and it has a Michiana mattress -- as do our close friends. We are all experiencing the same problem. The mattress flattens down in less than a week of use, and becomes rock-hard, like a board. These mattresses are obviously not made to last, just something to stick in an RV to help sell the RV, but once people actually sleep on the mattress it goes all lumpy and hard. We will be replacing this piece of garbage ASAP, as will our friends. Thumbs down for Michiana Mattresses. No customer-service to speak of -- people at their offices don't seem to know anything about their products. It seems the company makes everything from ''soup to nuts'', so it's no surprise they don't have a 'hands-on' approach, and the person we spoke with regarding our concerns was abrupt, bordering on rude. A crummy product, and even crummier customer service.
